Join the Discovery Team for the 2024 – 2025 ski season! Our Teammates run the lifts, groom the slopes, patrol the runs, teach skiing and boarding, and work in the ticket office, rental center and café. Experience and skill requirements vary by position, but all jobs require a strong work ethic, physical stamina, mental sharpness, a friendly attitude and a quick smile. Pay is dependent on skill and aptitude to learn, benefits for full time employees (25+ hours/week) include season pass and sport shop discount.
Discovery will begin responding to applications for the 2024-2025 season in mid-October to early November.
Some positions begin on a part-time basis when the ski area opens for weekends in late November. Full-time work in all departments generally begins when the ski area opens for seven-days-a-week operation in mid to late December.
Discovery continues to take applications throughout the season to fill positions as needed.
