CAN I PUT A SEASON PASS ON A CARD I ALREADY HAVE?
Yes, if you have a RFID card from a previous ski seasons with us, you can refill it using the card number on the back.
WHERE DO I FIND THE RFID CARD NUMBER?
The RFID card is a 16 digit number on the front side of the card. You will use the dashes, but no spaces when registering the number.
I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PERSON ON MY ACCOUNT – CAN I BUY THEM ALL TOGETHER?
Yes, you can purchase everyone’s season pass on the same order. Each person will need their own RFID card. If you can’t find their card, just select “Buy a new RFID card” when purchasing.
MY CHILD IS 5 YEARS OLD BUT WILL BE TURNING 6 – HOW DO I BUY THEM A SEASON PASS?
If your child is 5 at time of purchase, you buy them the ticket for 0-5. Please note that 0-5 season passes can only be bought if they are purchased with an adult pass on the same order.
MY CHILD IS 12 YEARS OLD BUT WILL BE TURNING 13 – HOW DO I BUY THEM A NEW SEASON PASS?
If your child is 13 the day you are purchasing, they need to buy an adult season pass. If they are 12 at time of purchase, you buy their pass at the child pass rate.
CAN I JUST BUY MY PASS AT THE GUEST SERVICES OFFICE?
No, season passes can only be purchased online.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SURE IF I WILL BE ABLE TO SKI AT DISCOVERY NEXT WINTER?
Season passes may be eligible for refunds if requested by Jan. 1, 2026. Please check the refund policy to see if you are eligible and how to request.
